Sadly I doubt we will see Mana in GSL anytime soon. I'm not sure if he improved much after going pro full time. He always was too inconsistent and it shows.

I think mana lost because his build was bad, expansion was too late to even matter.

Oh well. Bad luck Mana.
I don't think it mattered at the point. He just needed to protect his marines which were his anti air.

Artosis, TLO, Torch, Idra, Jinro and Sen qualified for the Open Seasons which is similar, but I don't think any have actually qualified properly for Code A.

yeah he did, and then waited for a second scan until most of the army was out to push in.

Prime terran, was the youngest player in Code S. Is known for being kinda...wacky. I'd like to think of him as a mini-byun, you never quite know when he's going to pull his scv's and goes for an all in but there's a pretty high chance that he's going to at least once in a series. Overall i'd rate byun to be a superior player in terms of macro focused play but maru is definitely no pushover.

Simply said "no" TLO came very very close, but alas Code A qualifiers are a Bane for foreigners.

That wasn't for Code A and it was far far easier. Both because the level of competition has gone up and because it was 64 slots vs about 20 for Code A.

He was seeded to Up & Down. Still impressive to get out from Up and Down groups which are stacked (Creator didn't make it out).

idra and jinro got seeded because of their performance in the open seasons, no foreigner has ever qualified for code A. They always lost in the finals.
