No, its because MC won against Socke. Both are +1 in Map ratio, so head to head counts.

i guess its a liquipedia error. usually they take only games into account of players with the same score, which would lead to socke 3-3, drg 3-2 and mc 2-3 which makes a pretty clear ranking of drg > socke > mc.
but since standing dont count until all games are finishid i couldnt care less;-)

I think he meant it as a joke. As in Stephano owned because he "forgot" that he was playing Koreans and just destroyed nerds like he usually does. And then socke who is a German (who are known for more consideration in general) "forgets" this as well, and decides to own Koreans like they were foreigners.
I'm not sure how funny it was, but I'm pretty sure that was what he meant.
