Well, it's bad for your wrists to be bent backwards, so if you sit at a pc all day (whether typing at work or playing games), it's not optimal. I pivot my elbows a bit so my wrists are an inch above the table, and lower the legs on my keyboard so it's flat (this also is supposed to help, so I heard). It's like playing piano, you're meant to keep your fingers high and arched rather than flat. Easier to hit the keys too so they say. Source: I am not a wrist, piano, or keyboard expert. | ||
