No it was the season after MC won the GSL, Jinro was crushed by MC in the semis the season before and everyone knew Jinro did NOT want to play MC, but he beat him twice with an, at the time, very unique mech build and took out who was perceived to be the best player in the world.

MVP will win this and if he does he's going to have some interesting builds vs Naniwa. MVP's TvP is good because he always does something interesting, never plays standard or just MMM

I am Korean and I m happy Naniwa won. He clearly outplayed Puzzle there(Puzzle playing somewhat of a shaky PvP). Naniwa showing that his PvP is worldclass, now he needs to prove that he can a top player in other matchups as well. What other place to do that than in GSL

He played really badly, and his performance in iron squid was pretty horrible. AND his stream showed him losing to banelings. BANELINGS!?!? Mvp losing to banelings is just unfathomable in the past so its understandable they are worried

Mvp is opening Refinery before Barracks.
Ryung doing the exact opposite with Barracks first, followed by Refinery.

Ryung opts for completing a wall-off, Mvp does not.
Factory goes down at about 3 minutes for Mvp, Ryung gets his a bit later.

Mvp adds a Tech Lab on his initial Barracks. The Barracks is lifted off as the Tech Lab finishes, and a Starport is placed in it's place.
Ryung went for a Reactor on his intial Barracks. Single Hellion production started. Starport added on.

Mvp getting his own single Hellions. Starting production of one Banshee,no cloak.

I don't find it funny never really have but its not to spam like the idiots do in the IPL chat I would moderate (and kick them for doing it cause it was spam there)

Here it just pops up every few posts and its pritty played out by now if you ask me. People just like running jokes I guess.
