Meh, he isn't that impressive to me. I think his best aspect is his sometimes very creative strategies. I don't think his multi tasking and mechanics are quite as strong as other top terrans, though obviously they're still quite good.

Why wouldn't he play casually? He wasn't getting paid for it (still isn't I believe). If you guys really think fOrGG practiced 10 hours a day for 10 months before joining oGs... well I don't know what to say. -_- Considering he obviously planned to play pro sc2 do you really think he played one hour a day and didn't watch GSL for those 10 months? How do you know he planned to play pro sc2 10 months before joining a pro team? Don't you think that would hinder his development to not join a teamhouse and practice full time? Why would he sit out on hundreds of thousands of dollars? I was trying to imply that there is no way that he played 1 hour a day for the full 10 months or w/e the timeframe is. It isnt like you just up and decide to go pro overnight without a thought as to whether you can compete at high levels
I honestly think 1 hour for 10 months would take you pretty far if you have the talent and decides to ramp up your practise.

good start to the series jyp. forcing a base trade vs a terran after playing greedy as hell

Likely scenario: forgg played the game casually, smurfed on multiple accounts so people don't harass him (like yellow), liked the game, saw the potential growth outside and inside Korea and decided a few months ago to go pro.
Unlikely scenario: played 12 hours a day for a year in seclusion to take the world by storm in his first attempt at GSL
