Don't like it - don't watch it. You don't go to a chess match and complain that there is not enough action, or the pace is not fast enough. Most of you people that whine about it are straight up retarded. Chess matches are usually not scheduled between football games Yes because lol was scheduled to be played now, and you are a retard if you go read up the schedule see lol in there and still expect sc2 to be played. So he's a retard, because he expects sc to be played where sc has been played for 4 days continously. And he's the retarded for not understanding why they put a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT game in the schedule between sc matches. Oooooh, the irony. I guess you shout "you are all retarded!!" while driving on the pavement. ) So you completely ignore the schedule and then whine when something that was in the schedule for all those 4 days appears on the stream and is not what you wanted to see? Way to be a retard in my eyes. But why do you fail to realise that the "bitching" and whining is NOT because it wasn't in the schedule. We whine because it is completely nonsense to put it in there at the first place. If someone says you are scheduled to be executed in 4 days, you won't say "oh, okay, if it's scheduled then iguess it's okay!!". I think you would be more like "What?? Why??! This doesn't make any sense!". Why would it be nonsense to put such a popular game in there. Finals especially? I'ts not a sc2 only tournament. Stop being retarded please. because LoL have their own stream. Maybe you should've read the schedule.

Actually not true at all. When LoL was at Dreamhack they had over 100,000 viewers i believe, some LoL streams have had 140,000+ don't confuse first time hype with Esport. Most recent LoL events have much smaller tune in per events. Dreamcast - 200k IEM - 100k Another IEM - 70k This - 40k You also have to remember that they have very few events, so these numbers are all focused while starcraft viewers are thinly spread across tons of events.

#13474 However, it doesn't make sense for LoL lovers to attack those complaining about how the LoL finals were scheduled to basically shove it down the throats of SC2 watchers. Although IPL made no formal declaration that this an "SC2 centered tournament," it has been pretty obvious that the main game for this tournament has been SC2. For IPL to schedule SC2 to an unreasonable late with the rather clear intention of PROMOTING LoL to SC2 fans really kills much of the fan enthusiasm for the finals. LoL had a different stream all weekend, but now its the only thing on? While the finals have added importance, I'm sure SC2 fans that ignored LoL all weekend in order to watch SC2 won't want to watch LoL now just because its the finals.

Just because someone likes sports doesn't mean they like every single sport. You can like football and hate golf or hockey... You wouldn't go and complain if Tennis would appear on a sports channel, would you? I would it it is in place of a sport I like and want to watch or are already watching. EX: I was so pissed that fox decided to show soccer in my region instead of the cowboys. Fox has reason for what they do. They ran the numbers and soccer, they decided, was more beneficial to the ratings in your region at that time. You should be mad at your neighbors sorry. Believe it or not, a lot of people like LoL and want to watch it. Ironically i am not a fan haha but i will defend something that other people respect. Then stick in on its own stream like its been all weekend... There are fans of both. I know its insane to suggest such a thing.... Lets put it in terms of other sports. They wouldn't put the US Open finals at the same time of the Superbowl (Simple analogy). Although some people would argue, tennis is a smaller sport and no one wants to watch it. They still would have separate time slots This increases viewers for both finals and maybe even bring in more fans to each. Solution: If you dont like tennis... Dont watch it when its on. If you dont like LoL... ___________ ? Its pretty simple actually. Fantastic another reasonable person in this thread. I for one am interested in both games. Thanks, haha. So far I'm not a fan of LoL (probably cause its relies on a lot of game knowledge that i dont have) but at least I am giving it a shot. It is unfair to judge something without giving it a chance. This is the reason the US hasn't been a huge fan of soccer. Then the world cup comes around and i convince my friends to watch some and they end up loving the games.... People need to get out of their bubble. Especially if ESPORTS are going to continue to grow.

I don't know what other event you are talkinga about but There has never been another LoL stream with those numbers since the very first 1 or 2 big lan events. I think this was just because Riot hyped those up like crazy and a bunch of LoL fans wanted to check it out. But they haven't really stuck around as we can see by the drop in IGN stream numbers since LoL went on the main stage.
