Puma has very good TvP. He uses ghosts and marines very well. Very cute stim/combat shield timings.
Polt has insane TvP. He uses nasty timing pushes that always seem to hit just before thermal lance/storm/blink finishes
Bomber also has very good TvP. Very good macro, a lot of pressure and he is always on time with vikings/ghosts.
