I don't know why people keep harping on about that damn quote. MC was playing very risky in the GSL and winning games. Tyler simply said that he didn't like that MC was playing so risky because it meant that he wouldn't gain much by emulating it since it would soon be figured out (and it did). MC has since been playing a lot safer, in particular in foreigner tournaments where he knows he can play as safe as possible and just outplay his opponent without taking big risks. The quote is completely irrelevant today. | ||
