Players get penalized and fined for making a "throat slashing motion" during a game, and I believe similar rules exist in the NBA, MLB etc.

Regarding the stream issue: At the moment there are no games going on on either stage, am I correct? So why not spend that time to go back on the original streaming setup, rather than using the backup system? Am I the only one thinking this might be a possible reason why the streams have been taken down temporarily?
