It was the same the last time I watched MLG. Most of the time filled by nothingness because of technical issues that the MGL people and casters refused to even acknowledge were there. Short game attempts coming up every once in a while, played by stressed out players and likely to be cut off at some point. "If you liked what you saw today get the HQ stream for 10 Dollars". MLG has really upped they're game this tournament, I've been really impressed with the quality of the content they've produced and with the soundproofing.
These issues they have been having are out of their control, and they even have another stream to watch while they are sorting things out.
