Your sentence didn't make a whole lot of sense... it is pretty clear that inc doesn't know what they mean as he used them completely incorrectly. He said "dearth" in reference to Grubby's resources becoming very high. Dearth means lack...
He said fortuitous about Moon's play in reference to his decision-making. He meant that Moon acted with good foresight, not fortuitously...
Anyways back on topic, Moon's macro is really pretty lackluster. Been supply blocked considerably every game so far.
