Nuttyguy, to view the additional games in a set, just scroll down past the viewer and players to the "Related Videos" section. Also, the reason you can't find the 3rd game in that series is because it was decided after 2, no 3rd game was ever played.

Total Biscuit is hands down one of the best casters on the market! He adds so much tension and excitement to every match!

Its very hard to find all of the games in order on the website, and it seems as though many are missing. Is it supposed to be that way I wonder?

This is simply because I use a mixer/compressor/decent mic at home. This is my personal, small studio. It just goes to show that sometimes even if you invest in a big studio, a bunch of equipment, etc it's not going to automatically = win and awesome quality.

I have a very SIMPLE $500 audio setup that anyone could probably goto a Guitar Center and pickup.

There are no special tricks, this is the SAME audio setup I've been using since the TsN/iTG days in 2001.

It's definitely not rocket science :D

Great first show but I have to say the VOD setup is very confusing, not user-friendly at all. Was able to find a page where I could view a game but I can't find how to see the next game in the series.

Hey Wheat great casting job! I am a big fan of your casting. IMO you, TotalBiscuit, Diggity, Artosis and Tasteless are the 5 best casters in the business. I have a question for you- do you have any plans to cast in the NASL? If not at the moment, if you were approached and asked to commentate some matches would you consider it?

PS> keep up the great work, I am sure there is much success for you in the future!

Yeah. My setup is even simpler than that, I'm just using a high-quality single-channel XLR USB preamp and a good dynamic super-cardoid mic. Wellplayed put a layer of compression over my audio but that was about it.

Though to be fair, TotalBiscuit also puts a layer of Aussie over his own audio, then filters it through seventeen crocodiles that he wrestled to death with nothing but his own voice.

This is all greek to me but all I know is that you guys sounded great coming out of my sound system + giant LCD TV (HDMI from my medic PC). :D :D

On the other hand, I can't even get the mic on my Razer Carcharias headset to work right.

Hey TB!! What is this an IPL commentator meeting or something?! Would like to ask you the same question as I asked DJW (sorta):

In the NASL InControl has spoken highly of you more than once- so I am wondering if you have plans to cast on his NASL show? Would really think you, or you and Wheat combined could really bring some professionalism to that show. BTW love your 'action descriptive' words while casting like "carnage" "extreme violence" etc etc. Keep up the awesome work and answer my NASL question man!

Thanks for the kind words.

As far as NASL goes... the biggest problem for me is taking the time off my "IRL" job in order to be able to commentate. I would love it if I was in a position to just go spend some time out at the studio because I also believe I could help them considerably in the production department (having around 10 years of experience there).

I have been approached by NASL regarding casting... but the biggest issue was taking the time off and alternatively being compensated for it.

Casting/Shows/etc is not my full time job. It doesn't support me, I just do it cause I fucking love it. Unfortunately this means that my IRL Job always takes priority... and in most cases I have to use my vacation from my IRL Job to be able to do Casting/Expos/etc.

So that's kinda where I stand with that. I just wish I had more time to offer.

Alternatively, the IGN involvement is a perfect storm. I didn't have to travel to help be a part of a successful venture. And it really does show (and prove) that because we live in the internet, it doesn't matter if I'm casting form the moon, or your parent's basement... the only thing that matters is the quality of the content in the end.

Maybe you can tell nasl about your audio setup. Their audio is so bad. Maybe tell them how to encode their video too.
