Don't file a refund with MLG support system, gather evidence (pictures/video) and then file a paypal dispute. I am currently working on mine.

Dont buy the HQ option if you expect to get a better stream. The quality is almost the same as the LQ stream. Still, it's a good way to support MLG and the players but I was really disapointed.

The players aren't taking a long time to set up. MLG is only broadcasting 3 games in the next 3+ hours. They're just stalling.

My HQ stream has been working fine since a moment after it first came online, but it's as if it's running slower then the normal/LQ stream. I keep getting further behind. Right now HQ is about a minute later then the LQ stream.
