Yeah, but at the same time it's not just a straight rebroadcast...he's adding commentary to it. This may constitute fair use, since you could take like movie clips and shit and do something original to them and not have it be illegal. I forget what it's called, but the comedic narration of the Phantom Menace is a perfect example of almost the same situation and it being perfectly legal. | ||
