You are usually not able to blink to high ground without vision...but the xel naga that he was at gave just enough vision of the high ground to get up there...which really created a whole 'nother route of attack that Idra had to defend.

Idra has only himself to blame. He was miles ahead after that ling run by. He should have realised that Nazgul was just going to do another one base allin, most likely with blink again (especially on Kulas). So that roach/ling attack was a massive fuckup given how badly that dies to blink stalkers. If he had just played defensively he would have been totally fine
