Wasn't Maru (who qualified to Ro64) from 1997 according to some post earlier in this thread?

Too bad

Well, Nazgul wasn't quite in shape lately. Maybe he just didn't play that much anymore. Might change now as they are in korea, although he's more of a manager than a player? That's what I thought.
I feel bad for both Jinro and Nazgul, but even more for Jinro as i had more hopes for him qualifying and he's quite an active player from what i've seen in tournaments etc.

Oh damn. Too bad Nazgul.
Thanks for the info, Gomtv! Much appreciated!

Next time... Still, can't be disappointed with the first showing from the foreign crowd. Maybe more folks will go over there next time.

Yeah I reread it to see if I missed it, and I was to slow to get back to the last page to edit it so i didn't end up looking like a tool. Damn you and your fast reactions!

Next month should definitely see at least the likes of HuK, MorroW, MaDFroG and maybe some other mouz or mTw players participating. Would be such a shame otherwise.

Could be 13 if you were born Sept-Dec 1996. Or it could be a Korean age thing.
Looking at some of the games played, you can see many players with ~800 games, and even over 1000 for Choejeongmin / oGsZenio. For a release about 33 days ago, that's over 30 games a day. Including match-making time, replay review, etc, it's likely some of these players are averaging 10 hours of laddering a day.

Agreed. Many of the top Euro/US players would have a good chance to qualify. But the real problem is more about the sponsoring, housing, work/education.

Sad for Nazgul and FA is there any other foreign playah left for today ?
