Him posting a big all-caps emboldened "FUCK YOU" on forums is a lot bigger than BMing someone in-game over cheese, and regardless of whether I "cry" about it or not that has nothing to do with whether I BM him or not. Um orb... when we played a game you were nice and friendly to me, then you pylon'd my mineral line and 3 warp gate rushed me... wtf are you talking about "learn to play straight up" don't be a fucking hypocrite. | ||

Are you serious right now? When we played that game THAT WAS PVP. I hadn't played a pvp in over 10 games at least before that game without both players doing that to each other. Just because you hadn't been keeping up with the metagame because you were only at your position in plat from kawaiirice playing on your account doesn't mean I was obnoxiously cheesing you. Every single protoss in platinum did that build every single game pvp before they patched warp gates. The SCV rush is like going to a friendly fist fight with a friend and then kicking him in the nuts. It's just something you don't do when nothing's on the line and you're playing for fun. | ||

I don't keep up with the 'metagame' because I'm trying to learn the game on my own (whoa novel concept) and I'm not trying to become some big gosu I just play this game to learn it and have fun so I don't feel the need to watch top reps and copy the latest builds, I make up my own stuff. So ya, I'd say when two people are playing in a good friendly game, if you triple warp gate rush me, that's pretty obnoxiously cheesing. And I didn't even say anything bad afterwards. | ||

Wandered in here. How exactly was warpgate cheese any less retarded than scv rush exactly? Because it was "the metagame?" Can't you just say that about Terran doing an scv rush? I haven't seen this strat yet because I mostly play terran, but wouldn't a choke block with 1 zealot pretty much stop that rush completely? Or are they sneaking scvs into your base before they have a rax up and making bunkers in there? Either way I don't see how it's any worse than what toss have been doing the last month. | ||
