From the outside, it doesn't seem like Liquid + Tyler has been working, since he hasn't really done anything much in 3 years of SC2, so it might be that a fresh approach separate from TL can do him some good.

It's been something quite a few people have been expecting for a long while though, since he hasn't been around for team competitions.

Tyler, Nony. You will always be my favorite Star Craft player. From when I followed you in Broodwar having great games against Mondragon to almost winning courage league on your first time, you have always had a place in the Star Craft community that could never be taken. Good luck on your future adventures. My favorite moment of course.. is when I finally got to take a picture with you at MLG Dallas.

Good memories of back when Liquid'Tyler was competing at MLG in the early days of SC2 and was a force to be reckoned with. Hoping he can tune his game and find the motivation again just like those days.
