Jaedong's decline, on the other hand, is somewhat inexplicable, despite the various explanations I've heard about parity of technique and transparency of tactics, and while I buy them, I still think most of it is mental on Jaedong's part. And it's not a broken or shattered confidence that's spurred the losses; it is, I am convinced, overconfidence. Losing a game in ZvZ is often the result of a single extremely subtle mistake. Jaedong isn't perfect - he's just very good, and despite his recent losses he is still the best ZvZ player in the world. People are really overreacting to him going 5-5 (with at least one of those losses being 12hatch vs 9pool) in the hardest to consistently win matchup in starcraft.

In other news, "easy" is exactly how we described Bisu's OSL group. Please don't get knocked out Bisu.

there's no doubt in my mind that he's gonna rofl stomp all over stats, and i'm curious to see if he can bring his zvz and zvt up to some semblance of respectability again. Goddamnit i'm pumped!! Go July!!!!

A match against Savior would serve as a good test of his PvZ, especially in the aftermath of his games against Shine. EDIT: I am also very happy that Best advanced. I feel like he is the most underrated Protoss Dragon due to his poor performance after EVER 2008. However, his games clearly showed his exceptional macro and I hope he can keep it up.
