Mafia 100% thinks you're the poisoner, or at least that you could be poisoner. If they were sure you're town, they would've used the chance to shoot you last night because if they think you're a townie with medic protection, you couldn't have been saved that night and that window would be great for shooting you. Maybe they like the fact you can kill townies for them, who knows?
