Townies would never fakeclaim scum to each other in the hopes of garnering a reaction, since they would know that scum would already know their alignment and thus how to react; and since the other party would know that if the scum claim is true, the first party would already know they're not scum. It's like WIFOSnB except both players know already know that neither glass is poisoned. The ONLY way this would be a reasonable thing for you to say is if you have some extra information, like "there are multiple scum teams" or "the scum team doesn't know who each other are" or "there is no scum team only a bunch of serial killers seriously that caller game was messed up"; or if you each actually claimed third party to each other, which is the truth, and you're lying now and saying you claimed scum. SnB thinks this is a massive scumslip. | ||

SnB was a ghost, was invisible at night (but vulnerable to light) and each night could scare someone which would have igrok pm them that they were scared. Also once per game SnB could vig someone instead of scaring them. | ||

Or did your role change but not the name? Cause that would be interesting to know, if that's the case then SnB would like to know that fact but for sure don't claim your role name. SnB's role name changed as well as his role mechanics. No SnB wants your old role name because he has a speculation that town roles are generally monsters/opponents from the oblivion expansion and he wants to see how you fit in to that paradigm. | ||

You're thinking in terms of Forumite's "bastard mafia" games, where there is a screwy setup and the players are either kept in the dark or lied to about it, but the underlying setup is consistent and if it can be figured out then players can plan around it. This is a real bastard game. There hasn't been one on tl in a while, it's best to think of it as more like a Caller game than anything else. The setup was not planned out - it was compiled on the fly with cohosts chosen from the players. Multiple players have had their roles changed arbitrarily. SnB has already been lied to about how his role worked, even after it was changed. Shit is being made up as we speak to fuck with the players. It is highly unlikely that anyone will achieve a win condition before the game ends, ISnBO. The real way to win: make sure that your winning is the most humorous outcome. | ||
