Remember when Riot pretended that they had nerfed the huge ass "forgiving" zone for Elise to cast Rappel? Dexter wasn't nowhere near fucking Rappel range of WT. And he still landed on him. Dumb shit still in the game. | ||

If you cast Rappel directly on someone, on the first press, you immediately fall down on them, even if they leave the range, you can't cancel. Sorta like How maokai's W drags him along when people flash (But not to that much of an extent). If you just go straight up, and wait to land, elise can't target outside radius. | ||
