^ the brutalizer was fine and that+boots gives him 25% CDR in items already. BC is suboptimal because you have to hit people 4 times to get the full advantage. Riven doesn't mind because her ult's scaling is so bullshit she can't be considered front-loaded and her Q faceroll stacks it fast, but when she's ahead like that she doesn't need the armour reduction to blow up people, hence why more damage now via Tiamat (also more animation cancelling zzz) or a LW to fight off armour if she really needs that are better. Finishing BC doesn't give much when you're ahead. | ||
