I hope the fallout of this verdict isn't too bad. It would be unfortunate if anyone gets hurt due to needless riots.

They were able to prove that Zimmerman was lying but they were never able to prove there version of events happened so it didn't matter. There is a difference between probably guilty and guilt beyond reasonable doubt.

The girl made a pretty bad impression, but when taking two things into account (Trayvon's hands and Zimmerman's comments) it seemed like pretty strong evidence. I haven't been following the case very closely though.

Going to be very tough for both families moving forward. It was pretty much a given seeing how the Prosecution's key witness committed perjury and lied under oath and was called out on it.

They are dangerous, insecure, dumbasses on power trips who use "neighborhood watch" as a way to fulfill their wish of being the cop they never were. Yes, I can see it now, chubby middle-aged wannabe vigilantes will now go full "Project Mayhem" across America, and trick unsuspecting minorities into beating their ass within an inch of their life so they can shoot them and claim self-defense while going bankrupt in court and risking 20yr in prison.. come on...
