I mean, from level 1 you could use the bear as a courier while just farming safe lane with your hero but that seems like a colossal waste of potential. Unrelated, I think the bear needs a larger leash radius or something.
thing is,unless you are running more than 2 bottles,which people usually don't there's no point to it really. Mid hogs the courier anyway all day,safe lane gets any rune by default if it spawns there so the only reason to run a gimmicky thing like this would be for your offlane,but even than it wouldn't be practical because of how isolated offlane is from the jungle camps so let's say your prophet tps to you gives you your bottle and than he has to run all the way to the other side to continue jungling or waste gold on a tp
I guess the most practical/legit strat I can think off is running a duo lane with somethng like kunka brewmaster offlane and than refill a bottle that way but still.it's really not that great all in all
The legit thing about kunka xing someone that gets sent back/tps from a teamfight is not that he comes back with a full bottle(which is still nice don't get me wrong),it's that he comes back way quicker with full hp/mana because you spam your bottle in the fountain to regen faster.
