I do want it back. But then the other people in the thread raised a good point: you can't leave the game (without getting an abandon) even if the opponents camped inside your spawn point for half an hour. That's bound to happen sooner or later.
However, if the team who's fountain got destroyed can now leave without getting abandon, then I support it.

I think that is vastly exaggerating, out of all my dota years i think i have seen less than 10 games of fountain killing, i remember i was at the receiving end in some of the games and i was laughing so hard. Is like saying no rosh kill at start, we all know how hard it is to achieve that and fountain kill is about 20times harder than that so the chances of oppo team really killed it and decided to dicking around for 30mins is very (very) slim. Hell, just take the abandon if that really happened, one abandon is not going to do you any harm.
Fountain kill is an important feature of dota  Fountain is the ultimate boss of both team!!!

I personally think camping the fountain is BM. Only because you are just wasting everyones' time. How fun can it be to kill 5 afk heroes standing still? Not much at all, best to just get your rewards and go to the next game asap.
That being said I still do it occasionally, and only when the other team is badmanner. I try my best not to though.

Diving fountain is fine. Camping fountain while deliberately not doing anything else is lame, stupid, and only serves to waste peoples' time.

What items do people normally get on lesh? I haven't really played him much but just s tarted the other day. I know bloodstone phase and bkb are the core ones, then what? I ended up going for shivas and aghs, not sure if aghs is really good on him, seems like sheep would be good, maybe travs later on?

i really like euls on him lately its very easy way to set up your stun by yourself and you have solid movement speed and mana regen on top of that

Drums, Euls, Travels, Heart, Shiva's, Scythe, and Aghs. Sometimes blink, force staff, and ghost scepter can be pretty good too. Even on a carry leshrac Mek is pretty good, although it is awkward getting it because you want it fast but it delays your core. Aghs is ok all around, but it doesn't add that much damage or tankyness. I think some kind of disable is going to be important for Lesh come the edict nerf. I think euls/scythe or blink/force will be needed so that you can turn edict on and stay in range.

Assuming enemy movement speed of 370, Leshrac needs to be within 240 range if he wants Edict to hit fully assuming his movespeed is at least the same as the enemy's =)

Awkward set of stats. The active alone isn't game-changing enough to carry the item (like Force Staff's is), and damage+armor+HP regen+intel is a really awkward mix of stats.

~700 worth of armor, ~1100 worth of hp regen, ~1200 worth of int. As Leshracs other core all gives hp the armor and hp regen make sense to me .. I don't see how the stats are awkward. Lesh kind of wants an armor source, anyway.

It is a consideration to get later down the road.......but you wouldn't invest money into a veil when there is more important stuff to get. Bloodstone, BKB, Force/Sheep, Drums. Only after all that, would I get a luxury Veil.

I love veil.
Whats nice about it is that the magic damage dealer doesnt have to buy the veil to get the benefit of it, so if anyone else on your team can make use of the stats and can spare the gold then they can get it for you. For example, its not uncommon for teams with a sandking to buy a veil for him.

You only have so many slots Shikyo. Since boots are mandatory thats 1 slot taken. Then there is the wand, thats another. TP scroll is another. Now you have 3 slots. You buy bloodstone/drums/bkb/sheepstick and sell your wand. You are full on item slots, what are you going to do, sell your drum to get a veil? I would rather buy a heart/aghs/shiva all of which offer more than a veil.
UNLESS your veil first leshrac is able to farm faster than the legendary PA that outfarms AM???!?!!?
Also, saying that professional players think its good is the worst arguement that ive ever seen. If you don't provide context that claim means absolutely jackdiddlysquatshit. Guess what, omniknight is good hero, puppey said so himself. If you look at the bigger picture however you will notice that while omniknight is a good hero on paper and in certain lineups that doesn't make him as good as a more stable support. I'm sure bloodseeker is also a good hero if the other 4 heroes on your team also gets a force staff. See how that works?

Not really ad hominem when you're known for defending absolutely terrible builds and ideas. this one included, since as others have said veil is just not good enough to get over other items, and therefore is not a good item/good idea.
