I got the following item off one of my Butcher farm runs. Is it worth anything? It seems to have nice intel and crit chance, as well as resist all and magic find, which is apparently good. I'm new to inferno so I don't know what to look for in an item like this. :/ If it is worth something, could you estimate the worth in gold and/or dollars please?
