I would wait until a day or two after the patch when you can make sure everyone is patched up and playing/checking the AH again. Then put it up for 20 million starting bid, no buyout and watch it skyrocket into the 30-40 millions. Maybe even start lower, so that you get more potential bidders? Alternatively you can shoot for the moon, put it for 100 million buyout, see if anyone bites, then lower it to 75 million, then 60 million, etc.
With 1.04 you can cancel auctions, so you can just let it sit for a few hours at each price point.

top level uniques will be better, so you are looking at somewhat of a price ceiling depending on how much those uniques go for.

The closest I can find is like 10mill that seems a tad high.

Probably about right for the market though, rings with int and crit go for a premium because of cm builds. I want to say the cheapest rings with 100 int and 4.5% crit chance are well over a million. Add in loh, which is needed for the most popular cm build and suddenly you're in the 5m+ range.

Btw I would NOT buy anything right after patch. Wait for the prices to calm down. There will be ALOT of great new weapons, just wait until the market is saturated and dont pay alot for a new weapon you probably will find later on.

Not worth a whole lot unfortunately. Damage is way too low for a 2 hander. Even with the crit and Dex.
