i saw the msg on us server and it said the server bug will be fixed with the patch sometime this week

When people say "patch" i think a lot of people, including me, think balance patch. This says nothing about that, just fixing the profile problems, which is a mild bummer.

When I read that I had no indication there would be a content patch this week. It's going to implemented with a database reset, this seems to indicate that the fix is a change to a stored proc or other related DB calls - purely server side in other words.

on EU beta forums, there are many people whos accounts are getting reset repeatedly today, including me, with lots of bug, inability to loging and a global internal error when logging in

seeing as my platinum account was reset, then i proceeded to win 2 placement matches and all of sudden bnet said i was ranked bronze and gave me a 4-3 record, this is most unwelcome.

Whenever I logged in yesterday evening; it did a reset of my games, not the friendlist. Not that its new to me; already being resetted 9 times now T_T!

I dont care about the rank that much, rather about my friendslist which is screwed up by now. I actually had to write down (with a pencil!) some IDs as long as I had the chance to get a final glance at my original account.

Currently I have to login like 3 times before my account page shows my actual identifier and not someone elses. Besides, I've got reset like three times.

if you get reset before this patch, just relogin until you get your acc back. It happens to me every day, and once I went on and played my placement matches again, but every other time I just relogin (also if you have "remember username" option checked, pres esc, and then again login, it seems that helps for me). You may even need 10 relogins but it works for me every time (yesterday I got 3 resets). But sometimes it's better to relogin alot of times then trying to find all 20 people from your friend list :/
But if you play placement matches you "split" your account. Sometimes your old acc stays in your old division, but you get placed in another etc.
