I kinda liked that Beast couldn't control his laughter after beating Sharp. I mean, he probably wanted to but he's newer and doesn't have that same polish that some of the older players have.

I thoroughly enjoyed the games of the group. Some big mistakes make for entertaining moments. And BW is a game where it's always the player that played the better game wins so I can't complain when someone wins or loses - he gets the credit as well as all the blame.
Can barely wait for the Ro16.

That was a truly awful night for Sharp, his build in game 1 was great, but how he managed to mistime the lifting of the barracks like that I just don't understand, what was he even trying to do?

And in the losers game he went to cocky and built the barracks instead of the gas while not microing his SCV on the ramp, so sad to see such a good play fail in its execution.

Action looked really solid, I really like his play.

Overall, a fun round even with such lackluster plays. I really feel bad for Sharp, but it is part of what makes this game so exciting. Small mistakes like that can be critical and seeing pros fail like this makes me appreciate it even more when they do it right.

What a shitshow! Both Sharp and Beast especially last game looked like they were one time amateurs, jeez even amateurs aren't doing that bad of mistakes lately. Sharp was so good at the very start of ASL when he got to finals and until latest ASLs but seems times change. I'm still glad my boy Rush isn't disappointing. Rush >>> Sharp.

Honestly not sure if sharp would have survived that attack even if the barracks didn't lift. that was a lot of lurkers and sharp had basically nothing to defend but 1 bunker.

Action continuing to be one of the top zergs, probably #2 after queen? Free playing really well, been so long since he's been a force

Yea, it seems like Sharp just completely ruled out any sort of lurker attack, kind of like Light against Zero in that game on Matchpoint in last ASL final. But obviously, lifting the barracks as they are coming in really makes you tilt as a Terran player.

Also, in Sharp vs Free game, I'm pretty sure Sharp just lost manner ebay instead of cancelling. So that's additional 100 mineral down the drain in what was already a difficult position. Everything that could have gone wrong for him went wrong that day.

Sharp was lacklustre in ASTL. Struggled to close out games even when ahead (especially against Mong). Denying us a Flash-Snow hypu ace match in Finals.

Partly feel sorry for him, but I'm more glad that he's out. Such poor form has no place in high-level BW!
