He have the best PvZ of all time in his team, and I think they are quite good friends too. But maybe that's the problem. When someone is really talented at something they tend to be really bad teachers, because they take so much for granted.
But I think the big issue is how Protoss was designed. Most Protosses are either good at PvT or PvZ, but hardly ever both.
