[h] system restore point

JohnColtrane Australia4813 Posts July 10 2009 04:12 GMT #1 just a quick question, i was infected with a virus last night and im not sure if i got rid of it. can i do a system restore point thing? will this fix my problem? i have restore points as early as 2 days ago, 4 days ago, 5 days ago. most are system checkpoints but some is my AVG updates. will this have any effect? TY

JohnColtrane Australia4813 Posts July 10 2009 04:39 GMT #2 so, i did a system restore to 2 days ago and it said it was incomplete because my computer hasnt changed since then...is that a good thing? :S should i restore to 4 days ago?
