EPTi tried to heal with avg but it didnt seem to work :S
how can i fix this problem? im not good with computers, does anyone have any tips to removing it?

 im going to dl malwarebytes and keep it on all the time can i run malwarebytes whilst AVG is up? im hesitant to close AVG atm... :S | ||

It's really good and normally find anything on your PC. You then can search the virus he found via google to find the correct way to remove it. | ||
