Lack of sleep and booze (and possibly allergies) are now my main triggers though They took a few vials of cerebrospinal fluid through the puncture which was the main point of the research (they do this by putting a needle in your back), and a few vials of blood from my arm, which they are going to compare with the fluid/blood of people with migraine. It was a pretty interesting procedure alltogether, not to mention I got a free lunch and 100 euro's for it. Not that it's worth being very sick for nearly a week, but the chances of that happening was only 1 in 8 I was told. Then the week after during the blood patch to fix me up they injected some anasthetic into my back and took 3 vials of blood from my arm and injected it near the place that was punctured earlier which amazingly worked nearly instantly (well after I was done throwing up lol). | ||

You did it through school or just a random test?? And back to the op, sleep is the best bet. Nothing else kills a migraine like sleep | ||
