A bit ago a come across a pretty awesome song called Dickmatized. It's a subtle and provocative song, about a man who finds his soul mate at the basketball court, and is driven insane by his obsession.
What bugged me is when I went to re listen to the song the other day, I realized youtube had classified it as mature, and forced me to login to watch the video.(It may have always been such but I only noticed now). Anyway this bugged me because I feel the song doesn't deserve to be censured, as there is nothing even remotely mature about the song.
I mean sure, there is limited discussion about the male reproductive organ but this is 2012, I thought we as a culture had matured past our primitive notions of sexuality.
I also find it hard to believe youtube is that sensitive about this matter as they didn't feel the need to require a login for the song, "bitch got a penis"
I feel Dickmatized is a great song, and I demand the youtube stop censuring it so even people over 18, can enjoy it.
