EPTI am Rafael,23 years old from Portugal, well i gotta say that both Day[9] and TSL brought me back to the Starcraft community once again.
Back in 09 here i was was lurking TL, reading guides, seeing vods, practicising with other people to get better for SC2. When SC2 beta came, i had the luck of getting a key for it thanks to a friend and we both played with another friend we had in BW, but then i got really tired and with exams and stuff i ended up quiting, still i visited TL from time to time checking up on news and stuff but i didnt really played SC.
A couple a months ago i ended up stumbling across the famous Day[9] daily #100 which made me want to come back to play, plus with the TSL 3 games coming every weekend want to play SC2 really hard. But to do it i have to purchase a new computer, since this laptop which was offered to my father but i ended up keeping it cant really run SC2 that well, i can run it on the lowest setting possible and it still lags on huge battles :D nice huh?.
So i ´ve been searching for a new pc to buy with the money i´m getting from working this summer, so i would like to ask some advice on it:

Ram: 4GB
GPU: NVIDIA GT320 1GB
OS: Windows 7 HP
From checking some threads here in TL both cpu and ram seems fine, what worries me its the gpu since the computer is from a store (i´m not really that good with the hardware part), and to be honest i dont really care if it doesnt run on max setting, i´m fine with the lowest settings, i usually put even the games that i can run on max setting on the low ones, its not that i dont enjoy graphics, i just dont care about it, so please give me some feedback on it :D.
Besides Starcraft i usually enjoy watching series like house md, south park, supernatural, etc. I also enjoy reading good book and playing Go/Weiqi/Baduk, for sports i enjoy playing basketball, and sometimes volleyball.
Well this blog is getting kinda big XD, so to finish i´d like to point out if you guys still play BW (and aren´t really that skilled at it like D-/D+ levels on iccup) i´m gonna play it some games on iccup till i get my new computer. Later this month i´m going to buy SC2 to remeber the feel of it again, i could try and play some games but i probably gonna end up losing because of lag XD
