Today im making it a huge point in my play to literally say in my head "Probes pylons units buildings" on repeat to make sure i dont get supply capped to make sure i dont forget a warpgate cool down and to make sure im expanding on time. I think once this becomes a habit i will add in things like "scout 6 min and 10 min" or something like that where i pick two all in/push timings that i lose to and scout for em early like fast cloack banshee or the thor rush or even barracks fast expand. This looks like the next logical step in my play ^.^

Really should do this too.. Inject, units, OLs, scout, scout, scout, inject...

It seems to me like saying it to yourself in your head would distract you more than it would help you focus...
Wouldn't practice and drilling not getting supply blocked and always hitting that E button be better?

i remember in bw what a lot of people did was just start a game against the computer/no one and just macro, don't get supply blocked, keep ur minerals below 300 and always keep like 250 apm. i did that for a while and it seemed to help, although playing against an actual person is completely different.

I remember one challenge was staying over like 300, and maxing out as fast as you could

and if your apm ever went below 300 you had to leave an drestart

supposedly it was really helpful
