Last time I wanted to wear it it was -20C outdoors and I added a layer of outdoor clothes while outdoors. Is that the only/best solution?

I had a teacher back in HS that would wear a kilt every Friday, I talked to him about wearing it in our terrible terrible Canadian winters (lol) and he told me Knee Socks solved so many problems ^^ but outside still sucked... not much you can do to stop the cold from biting you  Long underwear? lol GL | ||
