Two weeks ago I made a post
that was, by all accounts, the most
atrocious post e'er made to date
and well deserved my ban-ned fate.
I guess I was a little tired,
and maybe just a little wired.
Some jet lag with an aching head
removes good sense and leaves instead
Confusion with a dash of ire
that with the smallest spark did fire
a noxious verbal salvo off.
I hope I do not cause a scoff
For I do not intend to say
that any circumstance can stay
the gravity of my offense
and these few lines are no defense.
In fact, the depths of my regret
are greater than the oceans, yet.
The skies above and far-off space
still cannot fathom my disgrace.
And yet to hark upon this more
would merely be an open door
to further crappy posts by me,
so this post I intend to be
(with all my dignity at stake)
The last bad post I ever make.
