If SKT1 makes it to the finals, they'd be slight favorites since KT has been relying on their 3 viable P's to win matches paralleling SKT1's renewed Z line, and given the current state of PvZ, you have to favor SKT1. Then again, KT could be training Barracks' only TvZ for this scenario, and with some bad draws (lots of PvPs and ZvTs) for SKT1, the situation could be reversed. If CJ made it to the finals they probably have a better chance to beat Flash than SKT1, but they're very matchup specific and a lot of the players on their lineup has some noticable weaknesses to P, so I'd give KT the upper hand here. Nobody on STX has preformed well lately. Team morale is probably in the dumps. They will not make it to the finals. Similarly I can't see MBC making it past anyone. Sea and Light are good, but they're not invincible, especially under pressure, and when Jaehoon is your number 3 player, your team is doomed. WMF is a weird case. They're favored against STX and MBC, have so many T/Z they can terrorize SKT1's Z/P line, but probably arn't favored vs CJ or KT. | ||

In this playoffs format, it's pretty ridiculous to win if you aren't one of the first or second seeds, and with STX failing en masse KT is the definite favourite to take the crown. Just because  Flash has seemed vulnerable for some of R5 is not going to prevent him from being the favourite against almost any player the other teams can throw at him, and as we've seen from their recent wins where Flash has either lost or not even played, KT as a whole seems to be regaining their R1 form. The toss line, mostly, bolstered by the new addition of a  Tempest that might actually be able to win some games.So who stands a chance against a lineup of Violet, Stats, Tempest, maybe  HoeJJa, and Flash? CJ as always is a threat, and I suppose SKT is as well. Maybe even an MBC where Sea thinks he's in the Ro32, but it's unlikely that they'll make it to the finals in the first place. I fully anticipate a KT win and will be extremely surprised if they don't. | ||

has this playoffs in the bag. Canata actually won something and Best won a PvP, which should be incredibly invaluable for SKT haha | ||
