As I am typing this, I am sitting at my desk at work, watching the time on the lower right hand corner of my screen as it approaches 5:00 PM.
What this means is... tonight, I play ITL then rest up... tomorrow, I play 10+ hours of Starcraft 2!! How much is 10 hours for me? Well, usually I play an average of ~3 hours a night, but I also get madly exhausted and sleep ~5 hours a night for each work night.
But!! Tonight I get to sleep 10+ hours (DOUBLE my amount of sleep), making my 10+ hours of SC2 SO much more effective, meaning I expect to get better very quickly ^^
Then, I move in for school on Saturday, and will pretty much sleep very well and have tons of free time to game (I don't really spend much time on school ^^), so I get to finally learn and use strats that weren't just effective for Patch 5 or Patch 6. I expect that until the end of 2010, on any regular day, I'll be able to play at least 5 productive hours of SC2, most likely more and get better quickly.
So, cheers and thanks to everyone who's practiced with me lately, and I will definitely be able to get much better =)
PS please check my previous blog entry here to win a beta key by drawing a comic ^^
PPS Also, everyone who goes to UW, keep practicing as I suspect we'll be putting together a team soon for CSL/practice purposes

I don't think sleeping hours stack up hour for hour.
Regardless, GOOD LUCK! Hope you do well. How else would anyone rather spend 10 hours of computer time?!

Nothing wrong with watching the clock go from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM is there? I'm in Canada, just not much to do at work when everyone's taking over all your responsbilities, preparing for you to leave.

Definitely nothing wrong with that. I actually only have to watch the clock for 6 more minutes.

10 hours of sleep is horrible, do 9 hours and you will be much more refreshed.

Same feeling here. Got key this morning. Thinking of leaving work 3 hours early and just going home to play. Lol
|
Noon and counting down... also takes an hour+ to get home FML...
Then I can be a happy nerd in front of my computer.

i was considering asking for my vacations from work in order to play more sc2 :p
|
I broke down and left work 3 hours early.
Meh.
|
I've been happily SC2ing but work is starting soon =[
|
Assault, I'll let you know once I know, my exit review is at 3 or 4 pm today.
And I've seriously thought of taking a day off or two to play SC2, but I couldn't justify it -.- There was this one week where every morning I'd wake up and take 5 minutes deciding whether I should just stay in bed and feint "sick" and just play SC2 ^^
