You're downplaying his potential to avoid disappointment, but there's seriously no permanent decline in his skill right now. I didn't know Jaedong fans could be Bisu fans o_o; I always saw a bitter rivalry between the two factions. In fact I feel that the most bitter Bisu anti fans practically worship Jaedong. I dislike how many of these Bisu-anti-fans-Jaedong-worshippers only like Oz because of Jaedong. Jaedong loves his team, why can't some of his own fans? I'd still be an SKT1 fan even if Bisu left. Heck I'd be an SKT fan if the Doh-Taek-Myung trio left. I still love Bisu a LOT, though. Despite the many negative opinions of him, he DID change PvZ a LOT. His nickname in Korea IS the Revolutionist, even if anti fans say he did nothing to change the matchup. Any way, as far as I am concerned Avidkeystamper, you're one of the few people I would call a true fan of Hwaseung Oz, as opposed to an anti Protoss anti Bisu Jaedong worshipping Zerg obsessed fan ![]()

Just because those that are stupid enough to hate a player are vocal about it doesn't mean that they're the sole faction, or even the majority. Most sane fans I'm sure have no ill will against any player that delivers good games. Both Jaedong and Bisu have consistently delivered in the past. Any ill will against them is simple idiocy (how can you hate someone whose personality or ideals you've only ever seen a small glimpse of?).

Someone actually said to me in one of the viewer streams "I hate Bisu with a burning passion, if I ever meet the guy I swear I'm gonna kill him." It was scary actually o_o;

I will never put these 3 in the same category thou. Bisu is just not in the same generation. Kim Taek Yong is the transition from the bonjwa autocracy that savior was I disagree. Actually Savior is the transition between the old schools and current generation. He beat every big name before him and lost to a representative of the new generation. Bisu definitely belongs to"this" generation. I was sad yesterday as every other Bisu fan. Swallowing failure is a big depression for all of us. But I still have that dream of watching his next SL finals on site. Dragons hibernate, till next spring.

The only thing that really changed was Zergs got better at dealing with him, and his PvP looked a bit worse on paper than it really was because he got swept by Stork. Then he had the wrist thing, which people thought was just an excuse (and maybe it was, but it's hard to argue he didn't play better the more time went on after that came out). What I really love about Bisu is two things: 1. When he's on his game, he can pull off practically anything. He never ceases to astound me. It's something more than Jaedong's mechanical perfection in my eyes. 2. Even if he isn't completely on his game, he's usually able to grind out a win, or at least make it close. It might be really ugly, but oh well. He is a bit of a roller coaster. Some of his games he just completely punts. But in the end, I think that's part of why I like him so much. He's superhuman, and yet human. He doesn't even have to try at times, and other times he seems completely vulnerable. He's quite different from the past bonjwas, but I personally I'll take Kim Taek Yong over total domination.

Hell, even earlier this year when he got knocked out of both leagues early on, that was something. He's come back from worse dips before.

When I read the article duality I often considered Bisu and Stork as twin and their success were complementary to each other so if Bisu is going to crash then I really guess that Stork's era is also pretty much over.
