Actually... imagine you having enough ghosts in your opponent's base... He doesn't have an ebay and you can do endless EMPs of the orbital... Basically, he can't do anything about it, except lift off or something that will put you behind no matter what. Patch? | ||

The answer is have an expansion so you can scan from a different OC. If your opponent is one basing while you have cloak, a nuke, four ghosts, and a starport then he deserves to lose to that. | ||
