I just think of it like: Person 1: Saying go back home has a long history of very bad racism and is toxic to the national conversation and will make this situation much worse Person 2: Yeah but they make the country worse Person 1: Oh god. Ok. Simple as that. When someone is so far gone they don't see the problem with this, just give up. Talk to someone else about something else. There are plenty of other posters to quote and discuss topics with. | ||

xDaunt was just temp banned for 30 days by EvilTeletubby. That account was created on 2010-03-05 03:09:59 and had 17732 posts. Reason: Holy shit your posting is toxic and about as counter-productive to worthwhile discussion as you can make it. I really don't care about your political beliefs, but I do care about your horrible attitude towards others. You're dismissive of any other point of view without actually having a discussion around why. The "I'm right, you're wrong" mentality is not what we care to see around here. You're actively discouraging critical thinking. Your recent posting and moderation history here is complete trash. This isn't a permanent because we do respect tenure here, but god damn. Chill out and step away from the PC if you're not going to add anything. The reason makes it sound like it was this post that got xdaunt banned.
