Opening the LoL client opens the stream apparently, so they're getting a ton of drive-by viewers 2. It's the only major LoL tourney, so unlike SC2 where people may be jaded and waiting on vods/finals/players they like, people are more likely to tune in to the whole thing 3. SC2 is up to ~50k across all streams right now, so it's not that far off considering 4. IMO, any game getting viewers is good. I'm sure not everyone filling the Halo/CoD chairs at the end of MLG came in wanting to watch SC2, so the same effect might happen from LoL's community after their stuff is over | ||
