Sorry, Thorzain. No lag this time.
Thorzain and MC played TSL3 while both were in Sweden/Denmark at the same time. There was no lag.

We will be moderating harshly in this thread. Think twice before you post. Things we are watching for: image macros, balance whining, "eagles", player bashing etc. We encourage civil and reasoned critique of our moderation - please post it in the website feedback forum. Please don't complain about MLG stream quality or MLG itself. They work very hard to provide you with an enjoyable service. Enough with the racism discussions, this is a LR Thread. Cut it out. -- updated 7:55 KST

Thorzain vs MC is the featured game, which means that if it isn't being played in the booths to begin with, then MLG already fucked up. Secondly, they can move them, nothing was being streamed, the booths weren't being used, and, once again, this is the featured match. Wait, so in the middle of an important series, you want the two players to pack up and navigate through the crowd just so you can fucking watch it? Players first, viewers second.

Extended series isn't stupid, in fact it's the only thing giving thorzain a chance to stay in this tournament Having to effectively win 4-1 is helping him stay in the tournament? Extended series =/= double elimination. Both of them have to win 4-? versus the other player. MC already won 2 so he is ahead. If it was an extended series format and Thorzain had won their previous encounter no one would be complaining. 90% of tl hates extended series no matter what... (and justifably so.)

True but they couldn't have known that this match would turn into MC vs. Thorzain. And you cannot just set up something like that on the spot. That would require to seat the players just right before they start playing.

Only Korean eliminated, July, was eliminated by a fellow Korean. Now we have MC/Moon to see who faces Naniwa. If MC, Moon or July were in the upper bracket with Slush/Ret, they probably would have advanced. Same if it was Thorzain.

Koreans dominating, some of the better NA players outlying, IdrA and Naniwa making it deep. The only real surprises for me so far are Moon over July, and Kiwikaki doing so poorly. I don't think anyone expected SeleCT to do so poorly either. And I think most are surprised at how well MajOr played, despite his amazing ladder record as of late. I thought MajOr would do well. He was sick good in BW and this is his first big tournament since switching to SC2.

Thorzain would have already won. 2-1 in LB. yeah, but the overall score would have been 3:2 for MC. How's that fair? There shouldn't be an overall score because it's 2 different series. They have both won and lost the same number of matches, giving one player an advantage totally contradicts MLG's stated mission of taking the players performance in the tournament as a whole (quoted from MLGLee on SOTG). Taking players performance in the tournament as whole is completely in line with the extended series format?
