Whether or not the word "metagame" is correctly used or not he has a point. I, unfortunately, too beleive that whatever happens outside of korea still will be second to what happens in GSL. Although i don't care too much as long as there are high quality games and Day9 casting! Maybe, just maybe, the prize pool is enough to get some koreans to go to NA to play in this league. Specially code A koreans that struggle getting to code S might want to go for the money in NA.

Kinda off-topic but words change their meanings all the time. I'm hyped for the NASL, and hopefully it may be a powerhouse league. In the future, I hope for a Champions League style event where the top players from each league will compete.

See this is what happens when people dont announce stuff right away, the hype just builds and builds up to the point where once the actual announcement happens, its a major disappointment Anyway hopefully the tourney will be close to what ive envisioned above If all those conditions are fulfilled, I will literally chop my balls off.

Do you understand that there are different levels of metagame. There's the Current NA server TvZ metagame (The standard TvZ for NA), then there's the metagame between players "Oh MKP likes to do Marines, I'll play against that metagame" etc, etc

Urgh. I fucking hate hype. It always leaves me feeling disappointed and empty. Like a hooker.

We pretty much know for sure gretorp and incontrol will be casting. Maybe they see day9 as a threat? that would be awful because we need day9 casting this. He has been preaching all along that this is life goal and it seems like his life goal is coming to fruition without him

Lame excuse, I know. | ||

If all those conditions are fulfilled, I will literally chop my balls off. I'm trying to figure out how we could have interpreted "I will chop my balls off" non-literally. "I will figuratively chop my balls off." "I will metaphorically chop my balls off." "I will, as the time-worn saying goes, 'chop my balls off.'" "I will portray chopping my balls off using the vocabulary of modern dance."
