If so, somewhere, sAviOr must be smiling that a CJ zerg may have dethroned the Tyrant in his best matchup and sent him into a deep slump. Not really a revolution since he just played standard against Jaedong and it was ZvZ, if it was PvZ or something, then NOW we would be talking. I'd say its mostly Jaedong is getting old and Hydra is fresh blood. On the OTHER hand Great will make the so-called revolution!

I feel like this was mostly Hydra knowing JD's playstyle and the tricks that JD uses that make him so dominant, and Hydra exploited the hell out of them. I'd say that this means Hydra is an incredibly solid player who knows how to win, but I don't think this means JD is going to savior-slump.

But I think I lost because I tried to make too many Drones. I thought I had almost won, but unfortunately I lost. Sorry, it's kinda dirty to come back and reply hours later, but I saw that in the interview thread and I couldn't help but say "I told you so." Yeah, Hydra did go and build a sunken, he thought something like that might be up and tried to counter it. He didn't do enough. So in that sense you were right, he built too many drones and mistimed his sunken (or realised too late, same difference). Doesn't change the fact that JD's build is cheesy and cannot be called standard. edit: Indeed if it was standard play, there wouldn't have been an interview question about it.

And I know that it's a douche move to quote yourself, but I totally called it: On February 10 2011 14:39 Spica wrote: :DDDHydra will show us all what true ZvZ is soon. Haters gonna motherfuckin' hate.

The battles happened too fast for me to see the exact tactics, but Hydra's mutas seemed to just keep firing and hitting while Jaedong's would weave and not fire. The result was that Jaedong seemed to keep taking extra damage. So obviously, I don't think this is the end of Jaedong. It's just that one player got a really good read on Jaedong's style of mutalisk micro, and used it in a Bo5 repeatedly to pound Jaedong. Jaedong should be able to adjust and become his dominant self in ZvZ again.

Nada`s accomplishment`, thou they are one tittle away from both Flash and Jaedong , is trully a pain in the ass to get. Perhaps Nada cant be surpassed.

It's fairly likely atleast one of them will win a title next season. This season was a nice break from that, but the semifinals all kind of blew this season without lee-ssang.
