Day 3
3 bodies were found floating in a pool in the morning.
Coagulation, Barundar, and LSB were all killed. The town took a devastating hit as they lost 3 of their most valuable members.
Coagulation the Whisperer, Barundar the Radar Tech, and LSB the hobo have been killed.
The Whisperer - You can send messages to other players anonymously. PM me the message and the name of the message you want sent and I will PM it to them. You can not hint at who you are/use your screenname in the message. You win if the town wins.
The Radar Tech - You own a special radar that can check if people are mafia. Choose a player at night to shoot a radar gun at. At the end of the night you get a list of people who visited them (including them) and how many of them were mafia.
Hobo - You spend all day drunk in the town square. Because you stay in shady places, you have an idea of what everybody did at night but are too drunk to remember who they were. You know all night actions but not the names of the players who did them. You win if the town wins.

Lol WTF just happened.
So Coag wasn't a DT.

God, how did Barundar die? >_< Didn't he say he had a "pill?" Also, 7-3 now, we're going to need to lynch a mafia today. Let's not rush this lynch.

So on day one there was just one KP, but on day 2 there's 3 KP?
|
maybe there is a night vig somewhere

There could have been 2 KP, but someone used the pharmacists pill to protect themselves?

Of all the games I played here, I've never gotten one information role. And I see coagulation getting it 3 times (twice as blue, once as a mafia). Sigh.
So our night vig was also dumb and killed one of our two trackers?
|
well we dont know who the night vig hit and who the mafia hit
so maybe the mafia hit the tracker and the night vig took out coag or something
though maybe the mafia controls the night vig

No, I disagree with this statement. I don't think that there is a Night Vigilante; at least not a Town-aligned one.

Why would a pro-town vigilante dump the body in the same place as the other hits? If we believe that at least one of these 3 were killed by the mafia, we should assume that all of them were.

So let's suppose that we have an anti-town Night Vigilante running around. Then only 2 of the 3 victims are accounted for. So what happened to Barundar?

Coagulation did not have an information role. He lied about that. He had the ability to send anonymous PM's to people. Most likely on the first night he sent a PM to Fishball so that Fishball would 'confirm' him as a DT.
Now that I'm thinking about it, Coagulation probably believed Barundar was the first DT and decided to screen for the second DT. He used his ability to PM to confirm that to the town and he successfully drew a hit from the mafia.
I'm going to go on the record and commend Coagulation for that move since it definitely saved the other DT.

##Vote Node
I just saw this. This is the only vote cast so far.
~OpZ~: What is your reason? I can't find any justification for this. You are confirmed to be Town, so I know you're not trying to trick us, but we need to be cautious who we put our votes on.
As far as I can tell, he hasn't been active at all this game. However, I am not going to place my vote on him to pressure him at this time. Each time that we have done that, we played into the mafia's plans.

I've just looked through all of Node's posts and although he is definitely not active, he just doesn't seem suspicious enough for me to vote. I guess I'm going to have to wait and hear ~OpZ~'s comments.

Holy... 3 night kills seems like too much for scum, we must have had a vig waste a hit, no? The possibilities as I see it are
1) 2KP + 1 special, 1KP was successfully stopped by town night 1. I suppose this is possible based on the number of pharmacists, often mafia kp will not be less than the number of medics. 2) 1KP + 1 special + 1 vigilante missed. I know the hints haven't exactly specified a vig, but then, the zombie was actually a vet...
I don't think there could be 2 special kp for mafia used the same night, right?

I was wondering about this myself. Either he gambled that mafia wouldn't hit him and saved the pill again instead of taking it, or the mafia had some workaround for offing him. I can't think of any other possibilities...
I am very disappointed that we haven't been able to lynch a scum yet. I thought southrawrea was a decent target. With Fishball we kinda got screwed by the balance/role conflict thing, and yeah, that is making it pretty tough for town at this point. Five town in a single day night cycle, including a lot of information roles...crazy.
Regarding fishball's play: now that we know coag's real role, I agree it looks like coag coordinated with fishball to confirm coag's fake dt role. This explains why fishball withheld the information gained from the 'rolecheck'. Also, the only chance fishball had of using his role to benefit town was to make himself an easy lynch and not give away the nature of his role. I understand why he didn’t like his role too, since there’s really no way to influence your own lynch to make sure a mafia last hits you... maybe he should have been allowed to choose anyone that voted for him. Another way to solve it would be to make the executioner a mafia role perhaps.
All that being said, I think I understand fishball’s play decently, but I'm still not sure why coag picked fishball for his ploy...
Time to discuss lynch targets -_- I have my suspicions on a particular person right now, but I want to make a very good analysis before i post it.
