Maka vs Cool --> Cool Rainbow vs. Anypro --> Rainbow Cool vs. Rainbow --> Cool
Probably Rainbow will actually lose earlier on, since he "quit" at the start of retail, and only started practicing again when he heard about the GSL.
Personally I think Check is going to breeze through his side of C, so I expect that we will probably end up with Tester vs. Check. I'm crossing my fingers for TLO and all my toes for Artosis to be the dark horse but I don't really see them getting past Tester if he's on form.

I definitely think Rainbow can beat Check, just based on how much trouble the oGs Zergs seemed to be having in trying to defeat Rainbow's thor build from the replays released.
IMO, it's either Rainbow or Check for that side of group C. And then, given the closeness of their KotB match, it's a toss-up between Rainbow or Tester (though Tester has been practicing more than Rainbow since then).

Does anyone know how many players make it out of each group? I feel like it has to be more than just the very top player.

Would it be possible to get some kind of March Madness bracket contest setup? For a free TL shirt?!?! :D

Group C is nuts, Check, Tester, Rainbow and two foreigners? w00t

Group C is definitely the hardest group. Poor Artosis/TLO. It's not like any of the groups are anything like easy, though. TorcH and IdrA have relatively easy "sides", but there really isn't an "easy" side. JiTaeHunZenith did very well in the Gisado KotH, as someone pointed out.

For those asking about Streams, please read this post from JunkkaGom:
Hello, me again. I'm sorry that I haven't been very active, but we are really busy down here at GomTV. We have just finnished making brackets for RO64. I know many of you are very curious about it, but all I can say is that it will be confidential for now. As for the opening match, I mentioned before that there will be 16 players playing. It seems I was misinformed. There will be 4 selected players from RO64, which means there will be 2 matches(3 games per match, the best two wins). Well I guess another big question everyone has is "How the hell do we watch the games?!" We will upload them on http://www.gomtv.net. It is NOT in Korean and you do NOT need to pay. "What about commentaries?! Do we have to watch it listening to Korean jibberish?" Not to worry. Dan(Artosis) and Nick(Tasteless) are going to provide English commentaries. If by any chance some of you already live in Korea or are planning to come to Korea this week. The opening match will be held at KBS 88 Stadium at 7pm KST on 4th of September. It's free and all the players that participated in the preliminaries will be given VIP seats and presents. For further information do not hesitate to email me : junkka@gretech.com

If TLO is in form (and I think he will be), I think he will demolish most of these Zergs. TvZ is already relatively easy and TLO's TvZ is top-notch. Of course, he could also choke, but hopefully that won't happen.
IdrA, I don't know. People know that fast aggression and cheese is the key to beating him and Korean Terrans are all about fast aggression and cheese. If IdrA plays well he can take it, but I won't discount him getting eliminated by a Terran or a Zerg early on. I don't foresee him having trouble with most of the Protoss he faces though. He beat Inca pretty easily and there's only a few Korean Protoss players above Inca.
Artosis, similar story to IdrA but his form is likely going to be worse due to him having to cast and play and do his video thingies. I don't see Artosis making it out of Group C due to TLO being there. But if TLO is eliminated and he can beat Tester, he has a chance.
Don't know enough about Torch to comment.

Call me curious, but does this mean we won't be able to watch live? Because they are going to upload them vids?
Secondly, gogogogo CellaWeRRa! Where is phoenixWeRRa????
Hopefully TLO, IdrA and TorcH will make it out of their group <3

Bracket C is a beating. Idra should get Bracket A, and Cool should pick up B comfortably. But C?

They are still sorting the streaming out in GOM, said Junkka.

Hmm, thanks for the answer. I did some searching myself and I came up with this...totally randomly lol, I don't know how to read Korean.

IdrA is the only foreigner I am pretty sure will do well. Mostly because he is so damn consistent, and he always performs well in tournaments.
Its hard to make any good guesses when it comes to the brackets though. There are so many names I dont really know anything about, and many of them are probably damn good.

how many players will advance from each group? only the winner of the bracket?
